Decrypt and Rug Radio announce the public beta launch of “MYRIAD”, an interconnected media ecosystem available on myriad.markets.
The MYRIAD platform was launched at Art Basel Miami with a browser and website extension. It integrates prediction markets and new forms of interaction with readers, creating a transparent media ecosystem that rewards readers, creators and advertisers.

At the core of MYRIAD is its on-chain prediction marketplace, integrated with written and video content from Decrypt’s leading journalism and Rug Radio’s creator ecosystem.
Leveraging the radical transparency of blockchain and decentralized technology, the prediction market enables interactive experiences based on secure and auditable transactions.
The public beta launch marks a “significant milestone in our vision for a revolutionary media model,” said DASTAN co-founder and CEO Loxley Fernandes. He explained that “blockchain-based prediction markets, dynamic engagement tools, and points rewards system” will redefine the interaction between readers, creators, and advertisers.
In Q1 2025, MYRIAD will “take its next major step” with the launch of USDC markets, allowing creators and publishers to generate revenue directly from the ecosystem. The next evolution promises new data-driven opportunities.
This will provide “richer information and actionable intelligence,” explained DASTAN co-founder and president Farokh Sarmad, forming “the blueprint for sustainable and equitable media based on participation and innovation.” With MYRIAD “readers can make the news, bet on the news and break the news.”
